As 2024 ends, I encourage you to not see it as a door closing but the windows are wide open allowing you to see the horizon full of opportunities to cultivate a life that you so desire.


2025 is a year of the nine (2+O+2+5=9), this means an ending of cycles, patterns, projects and relationships that no longer serve us for our highest good. It allows us to deepen our spiritual practices to align with our personal truth. It’s a time to release old habits, limiting beliefs, and emotional baggage.


I woke up a few days ago thinking if we are all light, frequency, vibration and energy, then our inner light should shine brightly radiating our true essence. ✨


What does “Shine your light”  really mean? It means to embrace the divine within and to live authentically, living a life without fear, doubt, or worry about how others are going to perceive us. It’s about standing in our true power. The light within us inspires us to nurture the relationships within our Godself, universe and higher self.

Your light represents your unique soul purpose, and connection to the inner divine.


A few tips to help shine that bright light of yours:


-Start every day affirming  “I am love and light and source energy flows freely through every cell of my body cleansing and clearing so that I illuminate brightly”.

  • Spend time in reflection and meditation.

  • Focus on your blessings, no matter how small

  • Visualize a bright light within your heart chakra expanding with every breath 360° around you

  • Honor your values and the uniqueness of you

  • Treat others with compassion, empathy, and forgiveness (and yourself).

  • Practice gratefulness

  • Pray, journal, dance, do yoga or just go for a walk in nature.

  • Surround yourself with people who share the same values as you and who inspire you

  • Protect your energy and set boundaries

  • Be present so your light shines naturally creating a positive ripple effect that inspires others to embrace their light.


I wish as you step into 2025 that you will ✨“shine your light”✨ every day, allowing your true self to radiate love, truth, inspiration and compassion to heal, uplift and transform the world.

As the year ends, we are coming into the holidays. A time of stress, chaos and joy. Last week we had the holiday of Thanksgiving, a time to gather with family and friends to share a meal and a reminder to give love, kindness and generosity to each other. As we enter into the month of December, we should send waves of gratitude and abundance to all around us so that we can bring in the new year with a positive mindset. 


We use the words “thank you” throughout the day, but what does it really mean? It means creating a deeper connection with the divine within ourselves and others.

The more we incorporate “thank you” in our conversations it enhances our manifestation, raises our internal vibration and creates positive outcomes. It affirms faith and trust which puts us into a receptive mode allowing more  blessings to flow into our lives. It’s a quiet acknowledgment of appreciation. 


Gratitude helps us see the silver lining in challenging moments and shifts our focus to the good versus the lack. Whether you speak it aloud, journal it or say it silently, it’s a moment of being fully present and conscious to the good around us. The universe feels the emotion that you’re emanating and mirrors it back. Gratitude can be expressed in words, feelings or a smile and gives us moments of inner peace. 

Gratitude transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary connecting us to all that is. 


In the next 30 days, I challenge you to use the words “thank you” more and more throughout the day and take a moment to see how it feels. 


Examples of saying thank you:

  • Upon awakening  say 10 things that you are grateful for and why you appreciate them.

  • Night time before sleep, say 10 things that you are  grateful for that happened to you throughout the day.

  • When walking or driving, notice 10 things that you are grateful for whether it’s the trees, the breeze, sun, the birds, etc.

  • Thank 2024 for showing you any challenges that you have overcome to be where you are today.

  • Thank the opportunities that are coming your way because it makes you feel excited.

  • Thank the connection with loved ones living or in memory. 

  • Thank everyone you meet as there are no coincidences and they’re in your life for a reason.

  • Thank the money that you spend and the money that you receive.

  • Thank the food and water that you eat and drink.

  • Thank your home for the roof over your head and bless your life  with health, wealth, happiness. 

  • Set a timer on your phone for every 3 to 4 hours and take time to appreciate that moment.


The list can be endless. The more you practice the more you will notice what you are grateful for. It creates a habit. 


I would like to take this moment to say a big thank you, thank you,  thank you to all of you! I’m so grateful and thankful to be able to share my thoughts with you and to have you all in my life! There are no coincidences.

Words and Thoughts create our reality
Words and Thoughts create our reality

The other day I was listening to this guy on YouTube and he said something so simple yet profound, “your words and thoughts are the blueprint to your future”. At that moment I decided to make this my new mantra. A reminder to pay closer attention to my inner thoughts and my conversations.


We are created from energy, and therefore everything we think or speak carries a vibrational frequency that creates our reality. Our thoughts and words become our personal truth that reflect the experiences  we have as positive or negative. Positive thoughts and words guide us to success, happiness and fulfillment, negative thoughts and words can lead us to obstacles and dissatisfaction. The universe gives us back in kindness what we animate out.


How do we become more aware of what we are thinking or the words we are saying? It's about practicing to be mindful and staying present in the moment. I personally find using breath work helps me stay centered and grounded throughout the day and pay attention to my inner dialogue. This begins to shift my consciousness.  I also become more aware of my emotional state. All this requires practice, practice, more practice and telling  yourself “I’m improving every day”. Talk to yourself with kindness and love. Babies are great teachers showing us resilience when they learn to crawl and walk. They fall, get up and try again.


  • Start replacing words like “I can’t” to empowering words such as “I am capable”.

  • Practice observing your thoughts and words without judgment so that you can transform them to positive outcomes.

  • Focus on thoughts and words of gratitude as this creates a mindset of optimism.

  • Before responding to a situation, assess it and ask yourself “will my thoughts and words align with the future I wish to create?”

As we practice these steps, we become more mindful therefore, creating timelines for our highest and greatest good.


The best way to remember this is to say your beliefs become your thoughts, your thoughts become your words, your words become your actions, your actions become your habits, your habits become your reality and your reality creates your destiny.
